Replacements will only be for faulty goods. Faulty goods will be replaced. We do not offer refunds.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to determine the fault.

When a replacement is approved, we will send it as soon as possible after receiving your returned item.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
